If you haven’t already heard, the province proposed a new distracted driving legislation (i.e., Bill 16) banning not only handheld cell phones but also texting, reading, writing, personal grooming, entering information on GPS units and using electronic devices (e.g., laptop computers, video games and video entertainment displays).
