With the new format of the SMARTRISK No Regrets Show, it is even easier for hosts and schools to book shows that fit within their schedules. Decided to bring the show to your school? Fantastic. Follow the booking process below to bring SMARTRISK No Regrets Live to your school and community.
Select the venue for the presentation of SMARTRISK No Regrets. Ensure that it meets the audio-visual and accessibility requirements outlined here, as the show’s success is contingent on meeting these requirements.
Download and fill out the “Booking Request Form.” When it is completed, fax it to SMARTRISK at 416-596-2721 or email it to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the subject line, “Booking Request Form.” On this form, you will be asked for information relating to the venue you plan to host the SMARTRISK No Regrets Live show at, the audience size, and the desired week that you would like the show to present. This timeline allows the Program Coordinator to find a date that accommodates both the venue and the presenter’s schedules.
The SMARTRISK No Regrets Live Program Coordinator will contact the host within three business days after the Booking Request Form has been submitted. At this point, the Program Coordinator will have a quote prepared, along with a finalized date for the show.
Following the discussion, the host will be mailed a confirmation agreement, which will outline the responsibilities of both the host and SMARTRISK. The signed agreement will be returned to SMARTRISK, with 100% of the presentation costs, 4 weeks prior to the show. When the documentation and payment is received in office, the performance is officially booked.
