SMARTRISK has an ongoing commitment to evaluate all programming. At SMARTRISK, we constantly strive to learn from our programming experiences in order to improve effectiveness and exemplify best practices. The purpose of this activity report is to learn about the activities schools are hosting, impact of the website and the level of support schools are receiving from SMARTRISK.
Once your team has completed three activities, you can complete an activity report. The report will consist of 12 questions that can be answered by any SMARTRISK No Regrets teacher or team member.
In order to recognize each schoolís effort in this initiative, SMARTRISK will send a boost of extra branded promotional items that will help you in implementing two events.
